I am sorry dude, but I'd take the word of a certified nutritionist over that of a random guy on the internet who spews factoids without any evidence or sources to back them up (and pretty much writes the same comment twice) any day of the week. Could you actually name the three top nutritionists on the planet so that we close minded peasants who don't like doing research could Google them? Also, as some other readers have pointed out, I hate to break it to you, but if you spend 80 Euros a week on food, YOU ARE NOT BROKE. Some of the "cheap" foods that are mentioned in the article, gluten-free pasta for example, are up to three times as expensive as their gluten containing counterparts.
