Από τη στιγμή που είναι σε δημόσια θέα (public) στο Facebook, τυπικά δεν πρόκειται περί κλοπής:"When you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of Facebook, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture)."(από το https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms παράγραφος 2.4)Πρόσεξε ότι το "and to associate to you" δεν εννοεί "must associate to you". Δεν υποχρεώνει κανέναν να δώσει credit σε σένα.Εύχομαι να κάνω λάθος, αλλά μάλλον δεν μπορείς να κάνεις τίποτα. Σαν επαγγελματίας δεν θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζεις τι συμβαίνει με τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα στο Facebook;
