The column's editor points out that a longer version of the article can be found on the newspaper's digital edition. Another article in today's paper (p. 20) reports on the journalists' strike at ERT and the undemocratic overdrive of the Greek government (and the political elites), it contains quotes from the same article and attaches a photo of Mr Vaxevanis. As you can see, the newspaper's coverage of the journalist's article is quite extensive and your wish to downplay it is not shared by the "Guardian".
