[Excuse the English, my computer in Portugal has no Greek characters] - Although this "guidelines" sound relatively logical, can I ask if there is going to be a similar law for children? For instance, the dog owner should make sure that his dog is trained so that it is not a cause of annoyance for anybody else in the beach. Why shouldn't the parents be obliged by law to train their children (or restrict them, their choice not mine)so that they are not a cause of annoyance? Or what about the sport fans with the beach rackets? Is it going to be a law about the rules they should follow in order not to disturb? If this is a kind a "democratic development" I, as a pet owner, should have the same obligations but also rights as anybody else, no?
